well, normal shampoo leaves the skin itchy, it tends to dry out the skin.if you absolutly HAD to use human shampoo, use a very very mild shampoo. Baby shampoo could work since it's not as harsh. dog shampoo would be the best thing. i always liked the dog oatmeal shampoo. works great.
