What dog shampoo would you recommend for his coat.?

I use a regular dog shampoo but i want something that can make his coat healthier.


My dog is a shih tzu and i want to maintain his coat healthy and with no nots.

A shampoo isn't going to make your dog's coat healthy or mat free. Healthy coat is from feeding quality food %26amp; add fish oil capsules %26amp; from regular brushing to keep hair mat free %26amp; spread coat oils thru the hair. On a shih-tzu I would use only a hypo shampoo %26amp; no conditioner - it isn't needed %26amp; can make blackheads %26amp; change coat natural ph.What dog shampoo would you recommend for his coat.?
If he's partially white, get a shampoo at petsmart or petco for dogs with white hair. Also, get a conditioner. I have a poodle mix with really fine hair that mats and knots easily so I use a pantene deep conditioner on him. Its not made for dogs, but I use it anyway :]
The biggest factor in a healthy coat is diet. High quality food and supplements will result in a healthier coat.





Using conditioner can help with tangles, but you need to brush and comb him often.
