What's the best professional dog shampoo and conditioner? Where to buy?

I'm looking for recommendations for the best shampoo and conditioner that can be purchased in places like Petco, preferably something that is of professional grade that groomers would use. They know all about it, and sell to groomers, although you can buy stuff there, too. Once you figure out what you want - there's a lot to choose from that's all good- you can actually get a gallon of it, along with a great dispenser top, and you'll have enough for quite a while at a very fair price compared to the quart bottles at Petco. Keep in mind, you have big dogs...it's well worth it.
Im not sure of the brand name, but petsmart sells it. its called ';fresh and clean'; i think. its a baking soda and oatmeal formula. it smells SOOOO good and keeps its scent on the dog for a while. its also good for their skin because of the oatmeal and baking soda. its kind of a watery shampoo but it totally works. hope it help!!
The shampoo I use is called Pet Pro and it has oatmeal in it.
